My husband and I visited the Best Buy Store on Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles on Thursday, 12/15/22 to purchase a Series 8 I-phone for his Christmas present. The person sitting at the front asked what we were shopping for; I told her, to which she stated she would put us on the queue, and whenever an associate was available, they would come to us.
