We needed to replace a mobile phone fast and Hannah in that department was a great help. She knew a lot about phones and transferring data, etc. She is an asset to your store.
Great selection of home security cameras and accessories. I stopped in here on a whim after shopping elsewhere and was surprised to see what a diverse selection you had. Love this Best Buy location. It is by far the easiest to shop and most centrally located one that you have in Charleston. It definitely beats the one on Rivers Avenue in that horrible shopping center. 5-star rating for the Sam Rittenberg Blvd location!
Tried to look at TV's yesterday and today... employees couldn't get the television to display anything, asked us to come back today. They STILL can't show us a picture on the television... we asked an employee to call the North Charleston store, to see if they had one on display, and the employee told us he could not and to talk to another employee about it. What a giant, unfunny joke. Lost a sale today Bust Buy.
Worst place to deal with been 3 weeks on a warranty claim that they guaranteed within a week can’t get geek squad on phone always transferred around or hung up on got email from fedex a week ago that my watch was delivered to the store still no answer from them or call back or call saying it’s ready, the only person you can get answers from is store manager mike when you can get people to transfer you to him, Best Buy is ridiculous and should not be in business if they can’t talk to customers

Customer Service once you have made your purchase is disgraceful. They did not show up within their alloted time frame and when I called to ask them why they put me on hold so long they hung up on me. After calling 3 more times I finally got through only to have the receptionist say my appointment was cancelled . They did not even have the courtesy to call me first so I fid not sit there for 4 hours waiting! Now I have to drive over there so I can at least look a manager in the eye and tell him or her to come get their $hit.... read more
Staff was extremely helpful with decisions on the correct product I needed which I find the most important. My daughter hadn't been inside the store before.. being a DJ child she is obsessed with electronics .. she was so emotional after leaving the store she cried her hands were shaking . I have the video and you definitely want to see it .. Jus Luv Music �
