Spent thousands at this place over the years. Products are decent, but their Black Tie Protection has to be the biggest scam ever! Every time I've had an issue, granted the turn around times are pretty quick, but I always end up receiving used junk. Like for instance, my current PS4. Disc Drive went out of my old one. They took it, said it would be fixed and sent back. What I received was a PS4 with a Broken Cover. It's worked pretty good that last couple months, but now this disc drive is dead also. Went in to buy a mouse... Microsoft - surface mouse, associate told me there was no such mouse... well best buy sells it so does Microsoft , so I had to order from Microsoft . SKU 5663300

I bought the dual ported 12 inch two sub box I just bought this box up there in dallas pike these say it includes the subwoofer screws. but it did not. that's disappointing for the price. they should be in the box

Went to Best Buy yesterday for a new phone. The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful and answered all my questions. Even did my account transfer from my old phone to my new one. Thank you so much!
