RecommendedAnything that you need best buy has it.
BB sold me an inadvertently fraudulent item, but the General manager would not let me make an exchange for the real item so I have had to call the manufacturer, corporate Best Buy and now will send an email to the district manager. To say I’m pissed is an understatement.
I have never been satisfied with my service here, instead of having regular cashiers at their check out points, I needed to wait in line at customer service (very confusing which line was what). Waited 15 minutes with another person in line while customer service was with a customer.
Best Buy SUCKS!!! They don't give a damn about customers and have a lackluster attitude and unwillingness to help!!!
I was specting good deals but not much the way it just to be years ago need to improve.not complaint .
I waited over 20 minutes for someone to actually pick up the phone to then find out that they weren’t even in the store to tell me if the item was in the store so I could actually have it put on hold for me so I didn’t drive 20+ miles and find out it wasn’t there. I will never buy from this store if this is how the service is on the phone.
