Silver Fox hooked me up with an awesome Bluetooth music car thing. Fast and easy.
Came in today (8/17/2020). Derek was extremely helpful. I needed a new laptop for college and thought one would be the right choice but he guided me in the right direction! Not only was he very patient (I left and came back in a few times) but he didn’t show me a $1,500 laptop and say that’s the only one that would be good. He showed me many laptops within a reasonable price range. 5/5 stars for me. Amazing worker!

You should really educate your employees on wearing masks. I understand that we are under a mask mandate and are required to wear them. I have a medical condition and unable to do so. I needed to make a return from an online order and was not permitted into your store due to wearing a mask. I hope that your company and employees are aware that this can result in a lawsuit. Managers actually respond to an email that a customer was told to send
I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for more 15 years and it’s just today in d’iberville ms that I’m painfully frustrated with a manager named Steve that could not even give a help but a new employee who is barely new who has no proper training but helped me and did her best to extend herself making me happy. I told the rude manager that there were Katie & Sarah who had helped me for two days and had no problems in helping. But this Mr. No help manager made me really mad... Ordered wall oven on 7/2 to be delivered on 7/23, thought that 21 days was long time. Never told me it had to come from the manufacturer. I was contacted that it would not be delivered until 8/1. Did not contact to tell me it would not be there on 8/1. I would not have known if I had not called to verify. Called manager today, had a cold uncaring attitude, blaming manufacturer saying nothing he could do. Needless to say I will never order from them.
