I was looking around in the electronic department for about 20 minutes and not one salesperson asked if I need any assistance. Not at all happy with my experience at this Schaumburg location. I notice everyone was by the televisions. I will not be returning to this store in the future!!!

They showed up after a week scheduling wait they fixed everything very professional a hour after they left lost internet things happen called them they said would be 2 weeks before they could back this is unprofessional because of this I could recommend them

Purchased Sony XR77” TV 3/2022 along with a pair of Bowers Wilkins speakers + Bass and Sony receiver. Cables and installation too. Over 5000 total. No extended warranty. I get it no warranty. Out of luck. But a 2700 TV shouldn’t break after only 10 months of use.( here in Fla half the year) I wasn’t looking for a new TV. But WTF? Some kind of discount would have been appreciated. I purchased the Television against the order number BBY01-806893808959 - LG 77" TV online on December 23rd with the order to be picked up on December 24th along with Wall Mount. To my surprise when my son went in December to pick up the television, he was told that the television had been picked up by us. Called Best Buy-Idaho Falls and made an appointment to replace an IPhone battery. Sales associate said the replacement would take 20 minutes. Drove 50 miles to the store and the Geek Squad clerk said "did they tell you on the phone we might not have the battery in-stock? Let me check. Oh, I'm really sorry, we don't have that battery." Wasted time and gas money. Won't shop there ever again.

Stephanie with Geek Squad located inside of Best Buy at 3150 New Center Point Colorado Springs 80922 is a lifesaver! I flew in from Las Vegas for an Xactimate four day class (not cheap) with my brand new top of the line Dell laptop ready to kick ass...until I couldn't access the wifi at the hotel. Your customer service for Geek Squad Ins is not what it used to be. You now need an appointment. Went in not one if the reps were waiting on anyone but still made me 2 hrs for the next appointment I live 45 minutes away will be considering alternatives to Geek squad
