On Feb 11 I purchased a Samsung 43" TV from Honolulu Best Buy (Alakawa St) and received outstanding service from 2 Customer Service Agents : Jon and a supervisor, Zachery. Zach was fantastic in the way he assisted his less experienced colleague (Jon) and they worked vey well together.
