This store is the reason best buy is losing to Amazon. Just spent 20min holding on the phone just to see if they had a product in stock. The manager is a leftist lunatic, avoid at all costs.

Be aware that if you purchase anything at BestBuy that you have 15 days to return. I will admit I was out of that window. I asked the manager if they still sold my items and he said let me check, came back and said no we don’t sell these items anymore, we sell similar items so sorry you may not return. My daughter was looking for new phone and while I was waiting on her I went back and discovered that the manager lied and they indeed still sold my items. I called the Best Buy store and Muskogee Oklahoma and I won’t mention a persons name that I talk to him I asked about their Black Friday ad and about the Toshiba brand TVs and I was informed that they didn’t carry the Toshiba brand TV and that they haven’t carried them in over a year we went to the store on November 22And was waiting in line we did not know that you had to have a ticket to get the door buster item.
