I ordered a new phone. My order was confirmed, then I was told delivery would be delayed (understandable), then told item was ready for pickup with a window extending to Dec. 18. RecommendedWith South Carolina’s Coronavirus percentages reaching the top 3 in the WORLD this past week, I have got to give a huge shoutout to Best Buy in Anderson SC. The two ladies that helped my wife and I out were absolutely fabulous. Only complaint is one liked Clemson.
Phone system at the Anderson and Greenville stores are horrible. You can never get to a live person in any department and you are constantly cut off or on hold for 20-30 minutes and then no one answers and you are cut off again. Both stores are this way. How hard would it be to have someone answer the phone and then direct your call to the right person or department?
