Great experience from start to finish. Called and placed order with friendly gal who went over my questions in detail. They delivered when promised. Driver communicated prior and dropped off wood exactly where I wanted. Great oak wood too! Highly recommended for your firewood needs.
The process was very easy. Purchase was online, I received a call from a representative within 20 mins. They made sure the date they had set would work for delivery. I also received a text the day of delivery. I'll definitely be purchasing from best burn firewood again.
