Very reliable
Best Burn firewood is my new resource this past year for hardwood and cherry wood. While you can go there to pick up, I have it delivered and they drop it where you want it and offer a stacking service (for an additional fee). If one is a senior or someone unable to physically do this work, it's a great resource. The wood is of high quality. What makes the difference for me, besides the wood? The person who handles the customer service for the business. She is knowledgeable and efficient.
Repeat customer who never disappoints. They have great communication and delivery service. I recently bought mixed hardwood for our bonfire, and it’s definitely dry and burn with less smoke.
Great experience from start to finish. Called and placed order with friendly gal who went over my questions in detail. They delivered when promised. Driver communicated prior and dropped off wood exactly where I wanted. Great oak wood too! Highly recommended for your firewood needs.
