Dave's a great guy friendly and very professional
David Otto, the owner of Best Building Services, came to my house late summer/early fall 2013 to wash my windows for the first time. While the windows looked great upon completion, I kept noticing broken plastic pieces all over my house. It took me a few days to realize that in his rush to pop the screens on and off, that many of the screen corners had either cracked or broken completely off (which is what I was finding on the floor).
