Not large dog friendly maybe OK if your teacup needs his anus squeezed but for regular dog having a regular bath this is not the place. Price is 2x higher then surrounding dog washes of same quality. Plenty of local choices.. Not family or child friendly.expect paper work, making an account, name, all info, just for the basic simple self dog wash. Go to another place and your in and out. Kerry. I'm very sorry you felt unwelcomed. There's no paperwork or required account (walk-ins are welcome) and we have large, easy-access tubs that are very big-dog friendly. I was just asking you to schedule in advance next time because WA State COVID regulations have us at 25% capacity. This means we can only have a total of 4 or 5 visitors to our shop at any one time so we schedule the baths to manage this.. We are normally very family friendly, with step stools and kid's aprons. We came in during the last hour of the day after our very large dog decided to run through the snow and mud. They were gracious and super accommodating. Great place for all your pet needs.
They did an incredible job on my 17 yr old JRT mix. Suki is looking good and I think she knows it. She’s acting like a puppy again. I like the idea that I can bathe her there myself or let them groom her. I like that I can also drop in and get her nails done. Will definitely be going back.
