BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A USED CAR FROM HERE. It’s very unfortunate that I am leaving this review because Alex the sales associate was nice and accommodating, however his kindness is in vein. I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan and took it to my own mechanic to do safety. They sold me this Tiguan with a broken shock/spring, all 4 brakes/pads needed to be changed and to top it off, didn’t even bother filling it up for delivery. Wouldn’t let me take a used car to a mechanic to put it up on a hoist and see what the status of the vehicle was- that’s very sketchy to me. Wouldn’t explain why but said that was company policy. Felt shifty. Will not be doing business with them.
