Keeping an older car rust free and in excellent condition Ron does great work. I've used him three times over he last several years, which has kept our older car rust free and in excellent condition. He is very conscientious and concerned about the quality of his work. I highly recommend him.

He is a perfectionist, and it shows. Also resonable for all the work involved Ron has done many touch ups for me, painted and even removed rust from my Durango! I'm very pleased with the work and time he took. My Durango looks newer than it is and I know the body will last probally last longer than the motor!Thanks Ron

Excellent service Ron is a very nice man and he fixed my car to look brand new after it had a big dent in the side. It didnt take very long and he did more then I paid for. About a week after I got it fixed it got scratched and he touched it up for me right away and it looks great. I definitely recommend him and will continue bringing my car back.

Happy Customer I've used Ron Pfau at the Best Body Shop for paint, collision repair, rust repair, and touch-up work 3 times over the last 15 years and the work has always been top quality for a fair price that has held up to the Minnesota winters and not looked like s--t after a couple of years. I have a 2000 Ford truck that needed hail damage to the hood and roof repaired, paint on the hood and some surface rust repair back in 2006. Customer Service/Work This place is horrible, he fixed our rust, but there were scratches on the spot after he was finished. He called us that he was done, but when we got there, he wasn't done. Moreover, the work wasn't like how he described, "brand new." We came back in an hour, and the scratches were still there. He held our car as hostage after we called the cops and agreed to pay the full amount. He told us to come back and pick it up next Thursday because he was going hunting and needed to take a photograph of the car ... read more
