We called 2 weeks in advance to secure a storage spot and were told we had to come in to fill out paperwork. We don’t live in the area so we were unable to come in until the date of reservation as we are coming from out of town. I asked if we could pay a deposit to hold our spot and the woman we spoke to assured us we didn’t need to that there would be a spot for us no problem.
