April 2016- I've rented with other companies in South Florida but the ease of reserving, outstanding service and quality of the boat itself put Best Boat Club miles above the rest. Brennan and Chase were incredibly helpful and friendly. Awesome experience, I will definitely be back!
Loved it! All staff was super nice, supplied us with transportation to and from the pier! We rented 2 kayaks for almost nothing! Great discounts!!! Next time in FTL will Deffinatly be trying something else! Thanks allot!
We rented a boat in April 2015 from Bahia Mar. We had a super captain( not an employee of Best Boat Rentals). Fuel gage broken, fuel feed pump loose. We got stuck on our way home. Employee doing the paper work looked like he had a rough night and was not very friendly. In my opinion Boats in bad condition and too expensive. Will NOT be back. Unfortunately they are not very open to Feedback, still waiting for an answer.
Horrible experience. They delivered a boat they knew was broken and offered no apologies or reimbursement. Do not waste your time or money here.There are plenty of reputable rental companies to choose from.
