As others have said, dont let the exterior of this place fool you. The owner, Fred, is as gracious as can be and his food far surpasses any other Persian food we have tried in the area.

You wouldnt know how great the food is from just looking at the exterior of the building. Located on the corner of Shoreline and El Camino Real, theres a great Mediterrean restaurant.I love coming here for the great gyro combination plate for \$9.50 which comes with a large portion of sliced lamb and beef, greek salad, basmati rice, and tzaziki. I also tried some of the falafel and it was delicious. Great texture and taste. Great portions of excellent food.

dont let the exterior fool you - this is a GREAT little place, with excellent food and super-friendly service.the appetizers are great - we went for some tzeziki, house salad and an eggplant dish which were all superb, and were followed by juicy, delicious kebabs & basmati rice.they also serve falafel and gyros both dine-in and take out, and i can guarantee well be back to try those, too!overall, great value for great food. im happy we stumbled upon this one.

An interesting little restautrant with a feel all its own. It was Valley/Tech Geek heavy in its crowd because of its location, but within a small, non-pretentious, non-moneyed kind of ambience. I thought it was a neat combo. The food was some of the best Mediterranean Ive had. My experience is indeed limited in that category, but I do know good food when i taste it. Ill definitely go back, and I saw no sign of the poor attitude mentioned by the anonymous user below.
