I wish i could have given them zero star. Very bad customer service. The lady who threaded my eyebrow was really rude and angry. Moreover she messed up my eyebrow shape. For the owner- Better to hire some professional people.

Hi, I wanted to share my experience from my recent waxing appointment. I felt very uncomfortable because there were two girls working on me at the same time. One person was waxing one hand while the other was doing my second hand simultaneously. After that, one started waxing my legs while the other started my underarms at the same time as well. They are not cleaning hair tools after the customer. Me and my friends having skin issues after hair cut.
They are using their tools without sanitization. It cause me hair and skin disease.
