I went for eyebrow service and got a bad cut. It was a very painful and disappointing experience. There was no proper customer service or care shown. Honestly, it was a total waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
I had a really bad experience at this salon. After getting my waxing done, I developed a painful ingrown lump, which clearly shows they didn’t use proper technique or hygiene. On top of that, I even got a cut on my eyebrow during shaping — completely unacceptable! I’m extremely disappointed with how careless the service was and they are very unprofessional. I paid for professional care, not for infections and injuries. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values safety or quality.
