Always a delay !
We recently worked with Best Bay Trucking for a container delivery, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They provided misleading information about the delivery schedule and caused unnecessary confusion with the receiving site. Additional charges were added after the job, which were not agreed upon in advance. Their communication was evasive, and the overall handling of the delivery showed very poor business ethics. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend their services.
Terrible experience. I booked a truck from California to Kentucky at their company. They went through double scheduling. But they overlooked it. Eventually, my goods were lost. Half a month later, there was still no reply. The business manager didn't give any response. It was always delayed. There was no substantive progress at all. I'm now suing them. If you book a truck at their company, you must be careful.
