Terrible customer service!
They did book a tour I drove almost 25 miles and when I arrived the Agent told me we already rented, if you already rented why you guys are wasting someone’s time and money ! Nonprofessional agents and absolutely terrible!
I don't know how it is now me and my wife used to live there back in 2000 we moved out 3 years later because we bought a house in Richmond our unit was on the first floor in the back on the left side at the time this place was cool it wasn't the best management was okay and the place was kept clean we didn't have any problems
DONT NOT MOVE ON HIGH ST YOUR CAR WILL BE DAMAGED MANY HIT AND RUNS !!
