Living in one of their Fruitvale building hasn’t been close to the “luxury” they advertise. The repairs take months to complete if at all. For the amount of rent you should be able to get a package delivered but the intercom system doesn’t work. 3 washers and dryers for a building with over 20 apartments isn’t sufficient and they rarely clean them. Way over priced for what you get!

Poor communication, always new managers which aren't aware of what is going on. Incorrect notices on apartment doors, including letters of unpaid rents when rent has been paid. Livable accounts are incorrect and they try to charge you duplicate utilities. Keep your receipts!! Get everything in writing. Horrible, horrible rental company running these apartments. They truly deserve negative stars. 1 star is a compliment.
