Bad customer service
This is the best U-Haul rental facility in Corona!
Hands down by miles the absolute best experience I have ever had renting a U-Haul truck. Dare I say the best customer service and general interaction to date I have ever had with an owner of any service industry. I'm blown away and can't say enough positive about this place and the owner. I had a really bad day and this guy changed my mood for the better in a serious way
