Terrible terrible TERRIBLE experience. I brought my son here for the first time and despite him showing a picture of what he wants, clearly stating instructions, and correcting him several times, they still managed to mess up his hair. The bald guy on the 6th chair was VERY unprofessional. While cutting my son’s hair, he kept glancing at his phone AND the tv without stopping. We asked him to thin out the hair, he mistook it for TRIMMING. We asked him to not cut it short, he cut at least 3-4 inches. He got upset when we told ... read more
