I was hesitant to deal with Best auto after John said he work from home. We had talked & text about ordering parts & setting a date to do the repairs. The day of repairs he mention he work from home. I checked his Facebook page spoke with someone he had did some work for & they spoke very highly of John. Too soon to rate the work but everything working well. John sent pics of the new & old parts together. I have one year or 12,000 miles warranty plus invoice come on his business page . SO FOR NOW

Couldn't ask for better service. Responsive to my questions and got the work done quickly and professionally. I had a slight issue afterward and he got me sorted without hassle the next morning and couldn't have been nicer. I will be back in the future for sure and would recommend him to anyone who needs anything from regular maintenance, mechanical issue, diagnosis or performance upgrades. Thanks!
