Took my car in to see why it was overheating, they ran a diagnostics check and after about 5 mins they come back and tell me it's a blown head gasket and it would cost upwards of $1700 Took it to another shop for a second opinion and find out it was just the radiator cap. SCAM Artists
Chip and Chris are amazing mechanics: fast, efficient, trust worthy, and reasonably priced. Everyone at Best Auto is extremely friendly and helpful. I had several dash lights come on, and when Chip ran diagnostics he had a few codes read. In my experience, other places probably would have taken in to account that I am a young woman and told me I needed to fix them all, but not Chip. He narrowed down the issue to one part and found me the best price on it. My car has been running like a champ since, and no more dash lights.
Chip and his son are so fantastic. They truly care that we are safe and happy.
