Our class A received damage from the recent wind storm. I found out about this place from a local dealer. I requested the awnings be replaced and the breaks inspected, and a few other odds and ends. After three weeks of hearing nothing, I called and was told it was done. I received a $3000 invoice for 3 new batteries totaling $1400 including labor, $200 to fix the windshield wiper nozzles, about $600 to grease the bearings and a few other small items. Do Not Bring Your RV HERE. The owner needs to retire, he is old, senile, and does not have the mental capacity to be running a business let alone a RV repair shop. I actually purchased my RV from the owner who had stored it on the shop’s property for a customer back in 2015. Between then and last year i had a minor maintenance done here taking longer than is it should but I felt the need to be a loyal customer since I had purchased a RV roundabout through him. DO NOT GO HERE! We broke down in our RV and had the unfortunate luck to be towed here. After 3 months I flew back to pick up the RV and was told I had to pay for it before even being able to look at it. I refused and after a long stand off they finally relented and allowed me to at least see it first. After leaving I went to fill it up and was surprised to see fuel pumping directly on to the ground. I went here to have a generator problem diagnosed. They charged me $170 to tell me that I needed 2 new auxiliary batteries. They wanted to charge me $650 for 2 new ones. I refused. I drove less than 2 miles away and bought 2 new ones for $200. Also during their diagnosis they didn't even check the fuse on the generator. I pulled it when I got home and found that it was broken.
