I was referred to this guy Kevin and to be honest I got 1 oil change before and just recently got another one, which I made am appointment and when I got there he told me to come back the next day, so i come back on Friday and he ask again to come back the next day, I come back on Saturday and he was about to tell me to come back and I said I can't continue doing that, so at last I get the oil change and rotation of tires, worst decision of my life. Great price for the service, but it’s a one man shop so the wait time varies, especially on Friday and Saturday.
Kevin was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to do wonderful work amidst a private settlement. While the car was in shop, a snowstorm hit and Kevin was extremely accommodating. Upon pickup, my car is older and had history of battery issues. The car would not start, and without any explanation he ran to get his kit and started my car, even ensuring to tighten a loose bolt he noticed when jumping it. Kevin is super nice and very reasonable when it comes to price. They’re super busy! He loosen the bolt for me and charge me 10 dollars. He loosen the bolt with ease and it was fast.
