Called before they closed to give them the fax number to the dealer so I could get insurance on my car before tomorrow they out me on hold and left me waiting for 20 mins!! Disrespectful not wanting to attend to their customers instead they wanna leave them on the phone and just leave to go home!!!!!
I normally don't post reviews on fb but in this case I think I will. I was referred to Best Auto so I called 770-532-2878 and got a quick quote, took about 5 min or less. After I got the the quote I decided to purchase the insurance because it was beating my rate by $55 per month and not only was the quote process fast, but they sent my proof of insurance with my ID cards to my email.
