Great over all they have that small town vibe in the city of Arnold Missouri only down side is their parking lot is,kinda small but the fell their employees give off makes up for that. I am willing to tell my friends all about them. I whish more auto shops would have an atmosphere like what best auto gives off I mean you can tell they have the true I love my job atmosphere.
This is the only place I go! The owner is honest, fair, and fantastic at getting your vehicle in as soon as possible. Gerald,( the mechanic that drives their tow truck) is one of the reasons I continue to go back to Best. His customer service is phenomenal! I'm sure this is true of the rest of the staff,but he's the one I have talked to the most. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
