I would give more than five stars if possible! I took my BMW X3 here and I had the best experience ever, their customer service was great and I felt like they were 100% clear about the repairs throughout the process, This was my first accident and my first time going to a body shop & all I can say is they are absolutely fantastic all round! attentive, knowledgeable honest and explained everything step by step. My Explorer was hit while at a full stop in a parking lot. The impact was hard enough to put a hole completely through the bumper, not just the cover. It caused what other shops were giving over $3000 worth of work. Not only did David beat the price, the work was excellent! He worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was accounted for and taken cared of, perfectly! Thank you David and Best Auto Body.
