Going to a gym can be intimidating, Naland and Lina can adapt the workouts to our own needs, and are eager to help in any way they can I can go in anytime, the workouts are on a very easy app tailored to me. I highly recommend this gym to people of all ages
I met head coach Naland Best, 5 years ago and my life changed. He inspired my love for fitness and stepping out of my comfort zone. Lina, who is also owner and coach, has incredible work ethic and love for her training. Together they can both help you reach your goals. We do lots of fun things together outside of the gym as well.
