The apartment building was broken into twice while I lived there over two years and nothing was done about it by management. The front doors were easily crowbarred open and the second time there were squatters who lived in the building. Both times resulted in theft of multiple residents personal items. To top it off, they withheld $100 from my security deposit for no reason and when I tried to contact them about it they ghosted me. Easily the worst place I have ever lived. There is nothing professional nor will these apartments ever be anything near the best. The apartment was so dirty when I moved in. There were dirty pens and cigarette butts all in the windows, the microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, the toilet was broken, we had bugs in our kitchen, the stove did work and to top it off, management was not only transphobic towards, but outright delusional. "Best"? More like dirty and broken down. Moved in and the microwave was disgustingly dirty, the fridge was barely working, the toilet wouldn't flush, and there were cigarette butts shoved behind the mirror of the mantel in the livingroom. They didn't have a walkthrough as they said the apartment was "ready to move into". The property manager is rude and discriminatory towards people of the LGBTQ+ community. I literally cannot say enough to dissuade anyone from renting these apartments. One star is too many. First off, these pictures are wildly inaccurate. The units are run down, poorly kept and dirty. The landlord is nearly impossible to contact and is unhelpful when he is reached. The worst is the property manager though. I've literally never encountered anyone so impatient and rude.
