haven't used the service itself, but the drivers of these trucks always manage to not be inside the lines when I'm driving next to them. you'd think a company that depends on knowing the dimensions of vehicles and how much space they take would be a bit better at driving in traffic.
Our garage door stopped working, called Best and Local. Ben was here within 2 hrs, told me my options, I chose to have motor and slide replaced at what I believe was a very fair price. Ben went to pick up parts, came back and had it replaced the same day, he was very friendly and professional! Everything has been working great. I highly recommend this company!
Had called Precision Door originally. Made the appointment. They were a No-Show, No-Call. Red flag. So I started reading reviews on B & L. That night, sent a text on their web site. Next morning got a call, arranged a visit. They arrived on time, quoted a super reasonable price. In 40 minutes I had new torsion springs and a lubed functional garage door. The young mechanic was knowledgeable and professional. Did not try to up-sell us on anything. All the reviews of this place are spot on. Highly recommended.
