Best Air Duct Cleaning didn't meet our expectations. Their service was incomplete, and the staff was unprofessional.
I purchased a Groupon for Best Air Duct Cleaning on February 27, 2023. Called and got an appointment scheduled for 7/27/2023. They never showed up. Have been waiting for a call to offer to reschedule. We call and leave messages for them to call us to reschedule, nobody ever returns the calls. DO NOT PATRONIZE BEST AIR DUCT CLEANING IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.
AVOID THIS COMPANY Paid upfront for a job and won't answer their phone for last 2 weeks to set the appointment. I've left numerous voicemails; none returned.
Did not call or show up for an appointment that was on the books for months. Groupon will not refund our money. Would not recommend this company.
Don't buy their Groupon deals! they are not professional.
