James a technician from Best Air came out to repair our AC unit . In a very short time , he diagnosed the problem and we had cool air blowing . He was very knowledgeable and polite . Will be using them again if need be .

I had been referred to Best Air by a neighbor. They were so prompt in responding! Brett Marsh was at my house within the hour. Got me cooling again and I can't thank these guys enough! Unfortunately, a week later my coolant has leaked out. I now have to buy a whole new outside unit....lot of money right now for a retiree . Threw a window unit in my bedroom. Should suffice for a while. Thanks to Shane for trying to work with me on this.
