Worst experience ever. They seem like its there first time installing in a new build. Wish we would have went with a different company. Even after voicing our concerns, the work is still crappy and unexceptable.

I came home from vacation to find I had a big issue with my Air Handler. I called Best air the diagnosed it and said it would be $ 1000 to fix it. I did some digging found out it was under warranty. I called Shane at Best Air gave him the information and he researched it. The price went from $1000 to $235 ! Shane ordered the part and sent Tyler to come install it. Tyler was professional and Excellent at his job. I highly recommend Best Air and I appreciate Shane and Tyler both for the honesty communication and Professionalis... read more

We had high humidity in the house along with the ac unit just not cooling as well as it could have been. Brett, I think that’s his name :), came and was able to correct a couple of problems and complete some maintenance. Within a few minutes, the house was quite a bit cooler with the humidity dropping quickly. The price was reasonable and Brett was fast, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home.

I had a pleasant experience with Best A/C & Heat. Brett came out and kept me cool for several days while I waited my turn for a new system install. Andy, Chris, Christian and Rowan came out and made short work of the install and had us cooled down before lunch. I am looking forward to their maintenance program in the upcoming years.
