Called them on the 7th of March and they came out on the 8th. Daniel was professional and explained everything he was doing. Great work, good timing and an all around good person. I will be telling people about him.
We contacted them March 7, 2025 as our heater wasn't kicking on in the house we had just bought. We were initially told they would be here on Monday March 10th, however Daniel (the owner) texted us and was able to work us in today (March 8th, 2025). His prices are amazing. He's professional in his work. Willing to engage in conversation while working on the system. He even gave us tips to help us (new home owners) preserve the life of our system. My husband and I will 100% be calling Best Air if our system goes down again.
Daniel is the BEST! After trying to figure out how to use heat in the house with a propane tank, running around trying to figure out where the furnace is, and how I'm going to light the pilots/who can do it for me, Daniel was able to solve all of my issues during one quick phone call. Without even seeing the house or the heating/cooling unit, Daniel was able to let me know I actually don't even have a furnace (haha!), and it was as simple as turning a few knobs. After many companies coming out, Best was the best. Reasonably priced and very professional. Will be using and recommending again.
They are very professional and know what they are doing. And they are very friendly - Even though they work outside in the worst temperatures and conditions. It’s hard to trust a business nowadays, but I do trust Best Air. My previous heating and air company was always giving me big bills for this and that. It’s comforting to know Best Air has my back. I’m thankful.
