I normally don't write reviews but I have been going to this place for some years and only had two negative experiences until recently. I hate I didn't follow my instinct and cancel my appointment. They are deceitful, lack integrity, and will lie to keep a dollar which is quite sad. They will not take any accountability for their actions even when given facts. The women who done my hair was on time and she started right away. I thought it would take longer than it actually did. I would recommend this place because it was a nice atmosphere.

I definitely would not (EVER) go back there. On the day of my hair appointment she cancel and didn't even try to reschedule even though I pay the deposit. I call her and she finally gave me a time to come in. I got there and she wasn't even there, on top that I have natural hair and it was fully wash/blowout. She finally came and claim my hair was to thick. She then proceeded to put leave in condition and got the comb, ripped my hair from root to end with no mercy. I would like to express my utmost disappointment with the hairstylist I recently visited. The level of unprofessionalism displayed during my appointment was truly disheartening. Firstly, I was shocked to learn that the hairstylist had actually fallen asleep for two hours during my scheduled appointment. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to the clients who are paying for their time and expertise. Furthermore, the salon appeared to be unorganized and unsanitary.
