Do not buy from this company. They don’t fix breakdowns with their chair lifts and can’t find permanent solutions. Instead your stuck with an elderly person who can’t get upstair or down stairs.
Bought a chair lift from them for my mother two years ago, my mother used it for less then two years, and recently passed away. I contacted them figuring they'd have some decent sort of buyback. Their offer was 15% of what we paid for lift. Their service is good but this offer was insulting.
