I can get them on the phone and can get someone out right away. We had them out to repair our washer and and our 130 lb dog collapsed and needed to be rushed to the vet...the technician was so wonderful ...he helped me get him in the van and he called to check on us later. We use them for all our needs and I trust them in my house when I am not there. We know them well and highly recommend them.
