Arranged a time with Sam to come and quote my garden job. Didn't turn up and did not get any call. I called him to find out if he is still coming an hour after our appointment and he just said he can't come and hung up. Later that night he asked if we can reschedule the appointment for the next day. I agreed. Same thing again the next day. Didn't turn up and did not get any call. I called him again and he said he can't do the job and then hung up again. Very unprofessional.
Tried calling the service to see if someone was available sometime next week to help me with gardening and weeding and was told simply that he was very busy. I started to ask if he would be free in the coming weeks and he reiterated that he was busy, to find someone else and hung up on me. Rude.
