"I recently worked with Andy Berchtold to oversee a purchase a home and was extremely disappointed by his forceful and blatantly disrespectful tactics in pushing me to use a specific lender who repeatedly set expectations for providing loan information that were never met, provided inaccurate loan information, and delayed access to information prohibiting other financial options. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Andy is seriously the BEST! If you want someone who will listen, explain, and fight for what you want then he is your guy. I can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you for helping me not with just my first house, but also for helping me get my dream house. Not only is Andy amazing, but so is the entire office staff. It was always pleasant talking with, and working with Denna and Brittany. Thank you ALL for everything, I appreciate you!
Seemed like a decent realty company but if something breaks don't expect them to fix it. Once our lease was up they agreed to pro-rate our rent because a new tenant was moving in the same day. Once we were gone they told us the new tenant wasnt moving in til the next month and that we would not receive our return. Afterwards the new tenant confirmed they had moved in the day we left and Besst had ripped us off.
Jessica was our realtor when we sold our house recently. It was our first time selling a home, and we didn't know what we were doing, but Jessica was patient with us and very informative! Her communication was great and she was always available when we had questions. We'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
