Our family drove an hour to view the rental and assumed we would be the only one viewing the rental at the time. When we showed up there were at least 3 other families lined up to view at the same time. None of which were told it would be an open showing. This should have been made known beforehand. Austin has been awesome to work with. He seamlessly manages the tenants and most of the time I don’t even remember that I have a rental. It’s truly set it and forget it. I’d recommend Austin with Besst for anyone looking for property management help.
Austin works so hard!! He always finds renters for my property and is diligent with the background checks. He handled any problems that came up and gave me a detailed report at the end of the year. I will always use Besst Property Management!
