I recently purchased some building supplies from Besso Floor and Decor and had a great experience. They carry a wide range of quality products, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with anything I needed. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects—highly recommend!
I loved their design service for my bathrooms. The designer I worked with, Thao, was so professional, well prepared and very thoughtful about her work. The designs were swiftly done and she really got my inputs for them. She also went overboard by helping me order the fixtures and the vanities I chose. Well done and will definitely be referring her and BESSO to my friends!
Had the most wonderful experience at Besso floor & decor. The variety of tiles and flooring is insanely good and the service is impeccable. I loved the premium quality products & the personalized service.
Besso may have affordable prices, but the quality and service are seriously lacking. I ordered a vanity, and when I went to pick it up, the trim was missing. After following up, I was told they had simply forgotten to order it and I’d need to wait another 2–3 days. Later, when I ordered additional trim, it arrived damaged. Between the mistakes, delays, and poor attention to detail, the entire experience was a complete waste of time. With so many other places that sell the same products, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
