8/17/2026 Purchased a Infiniti bumper to be picked up at their Massillon OH location. Received an email that the part was ready to be picked up in Massillon. Drive nearly 2 hours and they admit, their mistake, the part is still in Kentucky. The following week, I called and verify the part is now in OH and drive down again to pick up, only to find out they shipped the wrong Tahoe bumper and they still do not have my part.
