I have had numerous positive experiences with Miles and the Service Staff. Just recently my stepdaughter had her jeep in for a minor repair, which turned out was masking a slightly more expensive and time-consuming repair. Miles was more than helpful, giving her a discount on the service because of the extended time for repairs. Alot of dealers would not have given the discount but Miles went the extra step! Jake was the best! He was very helpful in a stressful situation. I had recently been in an accident and totaled my jeep that i absolutely loved! Jake showed me a couple vehicles. I test drove a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided to buy it. I had an appt to be at but while I was gone Jake made sure everything was ready when I got back. He even offered to stay late!! We bought a truck here and shortly after we had it, it had a starting issue. And as hard as the service team tried they couldn't get to the root of the problem. We had a meeting with the service manager and the sales team and came to a very good resolution. Thank you Oxford County Chrysler
