Had some issues with my Chevy under warranty. Took the truck in 5 times and was never diagnosed correctly after replacing multiple parts. After that, had one of the parts they replaced fail which caused an accident. Asked them to make it right and they refused to. Was planning on buying a new truck soon, but will go elsewhere. Had a wonderful sales experience with Frank on a used 2021 Chevy Suburban. Fair negotiations and top notch service. No pressure or forcible “upgrades” even mentioned. Frank treated me like family. They even delivered our vehicle to our house and accommodated us with an independent pre-purchase inspection free of charge from another independent dealership nearby. Would happily buy from this dealership again. Wonderful buying experience.
