Had a wonderful sales experience with Frank on a used 2021 Chevy Suburban. Fair negotiations and top notch service. No pressure or forcible “upgrades” even mentioned. Frank treated me like family. They even delivered our vehicle to our house and accommodated us with an independent pre-purchase inspection free of charge from another independent dealership nearby. Would happily buy from this dealership again. Wonderful buying experience.

We purchased a new 2022 Tucson Blue from Bessette motors in Minot in October 2022, we were unhappy with the vehicle and the mpg was way below what the sticker claimed. We very dissatisfied with the management, I had tried to reach out to them to call me more than once(On line, Left a message with their receptionist, asked my sales person to have the manager call me several times), they would not.
