Less then 1 star...Do NOT recommend . I was told I had an issue that would have cost 830.00 without the car being looked at. I took the car somewhere else and all I needed were breaks and roters. When I called the store owner back she told me she's glad I got my issue resolved elsewhere. She was extremely unapologetic. This business does not care about customer satisfaction at all and feel that they get enough business for others not to care....

They are awesome and everyone is so friendly. I got what i needed done and put there in no time. Ive taken my car here every month and have it serviced and will always rate them a 10!! Thank you Bessemer Tire for all you do!!
Bad workers..... can't keep up with nothing. If they fail to put a lock back on your wheel and you ask for them to replace it wont happen and they will hang up on you.

Great customer service. Took me in while they were very busy no problem. (Got a flat tire on the highway & spare was flat also.) Patched my tire & I drove home almost an hour away!
My lug nuts were so tight that my rotors warped...
