Worst Service Experience Ever! I booked an oil change appointment with Bessada Kia Pickering ON for 930am. I arrived with my 3 children and was met by individual at the front that had video rolling capturing myself and my young children (never advised or warned about it). She never introduced herself she then answered a number of screening questions for me, never asking me any screening questions, in fact I do not even know what the questions were. I went to dealer for first time because of service advisor N. Taylor. I live in Brampton and out of 4 Kia dealers I called she was the most helpful. I did get great service from the service technician and service depart6however the parts person Stewart Roberge was rude and offered no solution for optaining the part I thought I needed. 1st impressions are everything!!!!

Making a fool of customers whom they feel can be tricked into. Wished I could pick a zero star. Went in for a regular oil change. But ended up paying around 1200 for what they claim unusable brake pads on all four wheels after a 5 hour wait. And after that when I drove home, found there was a rattling(metal sound) coming from the rear side and the rear sensor sounded odd when I put on the reverse gear.
