A very rude receptionist, needs training in customer service. My mum who is 77 went in for a routine filling, she signed all the forms as usual and when she left to pay, was told to pay £227. She paid it and left feeling a bit shocked. She then phoned the next day to ask why it was so expensive and was told that she requested A Private Appointment on the form she filled in. Was informed this morning after trying to get an appointment, that my last appointment was 2 years and 1 month ago . Apparently they automatically remove you after this time , even if you have tried on numerous occasions to get an appointment around my shifts . I asked if there was anything that could be done , and was informed matter of factly that they could only offer £100 checkup and £200 fillings ! Practices like this are a disgrace . No thought for patients, just greed .
Amazing dentist and staff. I had a complete smile transformation by Dr Lord using composite bonding. Dr lord was so reassuring and made the experience really comforting and reassured me all the way through my treatment. Lovely service from the receptionist and great communication.
