After nearly two years of neuropathic pain with no answers, I sought a new opinion. Instead, the receptionist, with striking coldness, told me that Dr. Bess Chang would not see me, as she would only repeat previous tests. Instead of offering a new approach, she told me to ask my primary doctor for a referral to someone else, as they wouldn’t see me. It’s unbelievable that a doctor refuses to see a patient in pain. This is neither dignified nor professional care.

I saw Dr. Chang on three occasions. The office is very nice. The staff confirms appointments properly. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable. She is Nice and spends an appropriate amount of time. She is working me up properly. She has diagnosed my condition and treated me with medication that has been extremely helpful. Dr. Chang is a busy neurologist. She has been practicing for Over 20 years. She knows what she’s doing. If she does not, she will send you to the appropriate doctor.

Staff was really pleasant and professional. Dr Chang was on time with no wait. She was informative and a pleasure to meet. The most impressive thing was that at check out, the assistant had my results ready and printed. I highly recommend this physician. .

Dr. Bess Chang diagnosed and treated a disorder I have had for 15 years. She conducted the tests I needed. She took the time to gently explain everything to me and my husband. Additionally, she is great at follow-up. I highly recommend her.

I am beyond upset with what this woman did to me! She prescribed a medication for my seizures KNOWING IT SAYS FULL WELL NOT TO GIVE IT TO ME WHILE BEING ON ANY PAIN MEDICINE! I have had multiple falls because of this, have ended up in the hospital multiple times be
